The short version

Ways2Well is a preventive-care company built around bloodwork. You buy a Care Plan — $499 once for one comprehensive panel and a 40-minute clinician visit, or $125 a month ($1,499 a year) for two panels, a targeted panel and four visits — and a clinician uses the results to decide whether peptides or hormone therapy make sense for you. Peptide therapy can also start with a standalone $99 consult. The catch is the medication: no peptide or hormone price appears anywhere on its site, and its terms say medication is billed at the pharmacy's rates on top of what you have already paid. It grades B, 8 points out of 14.

What Ways2Well is

Ways2Well describes itself as a company focused on "preventative care and health optimization." It was founded by Brigham Buhler, who its About page also describes as the owner of a compounding pharmacy, and its care team is led by nurse practitioners: Danese Rexroad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is Chief Clinical Officer, alongside a Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Ian White, Ph.D.6

It works in two ways. Online, it runs telehealth Care Plans, peptide therapy and hormone optimization across the country. In person, it runs a Longevity Lab in Austin and a clinic in Houston, offering IV therapy (including NAD+ drips), hyperbaric oxygen, red light, DEXA scans, VO2 max testing and a brain scan, with stem cell treatments listed for eligible patients. For a reader of this site, the online side is the part most people will use.

What it offers for longevity:

  • Lab testing — a panel it says covers 78 markers across sex hormones, thyroid, heart, metabolism, liver, blood health, vitamins and stress7
  • Peptide therapy — for recovery, body composition, cognition, sexual health and "anti-aging and longevity," chosen by a clinician after reviewing your labs2
  • Hormone optimization — testosterone for men and hormone therapy for women, started through a Care Plan3
  • NAD+ in person — at the Austin Longevity Lab only, as an IV or a shot

The plans are priced; the treatment is not. Ways2Well publishes three entry points1:

  • Connect — a free 20-minute phone call with a member of its clinical team, to talk through options
  • Clarity — $499 one-time: one comprehensive blood panel, one 40-minute video visit with a clinician, app access to your results and written guidance
  • Core — $125 a month or $1,499 a year: two comprehensive panels, one targeted panel, four 40-minute visits, and 15% off supplements, prescriptions, tests and clinic services

A fourth tier, Champion, is listed as coming soon with no price.

Peptides start with a $99 consult. The peptide page is direct about what that fee buys: "You're paying for the consult, not product. Peptides, if prescribed, are billed separately."2 That is honest framing, but it means the one number a peptide buyer most wants — what the medication costs each month — is something you learn only after paying $99.

Medication is billed on top, at a price you see later. Its terms say Ways2Well "does not sell, manufacture, or dispense prescription medications," that medication fees are "billed at the pharmacy's rates," and that it may add "reasonable cost plus margin pricing" to give you a single payment5. No peptide, testosterone or hormone price is published on the pages that describe those treatments. If you are budgeting, treat the Care Plan as an entry fee and assume medication is a second monthly cost.

NAD+ is the exception, and only in Austin. The Longevity Lab menu prints NAD+ IV prices — $249 for 250 mg, $449 for 500 mg and $849 for 1,000 mg — and NAD+ shots from $40 to $808. Those are clinic prices, not a mail-order program.

Insurance and HSA. Ways2Well is cash-pay and not contracted with insurers, but it accepts HSA and FSA cards4.

How getting started works

  1. Pick a route. Book the free Connect call, buy Clarity or Core, or book the $99 peptide consult.
  2. Draw your labs. Bloodwork is scheduled through the app at a Quest Diagnostics location. Results reach your app in five to seven business days, and its FAQ says a clinician's written review follows about two weeks after that4.
  3. Meet your clinician. Visits are video calls; its FAQ says lab reviews are telehealth only, even if you live near a clinic.
  4. Treatment, if appropriate. A clinician decides whether peptides or hormones fit. Its peptide page says the pharmacy then contacts you to confirm the order and ships a complete kit with supplies.

Two things to know before you buy. First, Ways2Well does not accept outside labs, so recent bloodwork from your own doctor will not save you the panel. Second, nothing you buy guarantees a prescription; its terms say no prescription is written "unless a clinical need exists."

For ongoing treatment, the terms set the monitoring bar: testosterone refills need comprehensive labs at least every six months and a video visit at least once a year; peptide refills need at least an annual clinical evaluation5.

Where the medication comes from

This is the weakest part of the picture. Ways2Well's peptide page promises "FDA-Regulated Manufacturing — Compounded in regulated U.S. facilities," "Third-Party Tested" and "Pharma-Grade"2, but no page names the pharmacy that fills a prescription, and no compounding standard (503A or 503B) is stated. Its terms say it does not endorse any specific pharmacy and that you can ask for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

The About page does say the founder owns a compounding pharmacy6. It never says that pharmacy fills Ways2Well orders. If knowing where your peptides are made matters to you, ask your clinician to name the dispensing pharmacy before you pay for medication.

Ways2Well's own footer is candid about the therapies themselves: some "may not be approved by the US Food and Drug Administration," may be "experimental or alternative," and their safety and efficacy "may not be fully established."

Where it is available

Its states page says telehealth care reaches 46 states plus Washington, DC, with New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Missouri coming soon. Its FAQ gives a different count — 45 covered states — so check your own state at signup. Availability also varies by treatment:

  • Testosterone is unavailable in 13 states, including Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and South Carolina3
  • Most peptides are restricted in California, Ohio and Nevada, where residents can get weight-loss peptides only2

Billing, cancellation and refunds

  • Core monthly has a two-payment minimum. Its terms add a second rule: after you ask to cancel, you are charged one more monthly payment before cancellation takes effect, "regardless of how many monthly billing cycles you have already completed"5.
  • Annual plans run to term. Canceling an annual plan stops the renewal; it does not refund the year.
  • Unused benefits expire. Visits and panels you do not schedule within your term are forfeited.
  • Most things are non-refundable. Care Plan fees, Clarity, peptide consults, lab panels, consultations and no-shows are non-refundable once purchased or once the process has begun, and the terms say no refund is due because you do not qualify for a medication.
  • Supplements can be returned within seven days only if unopened.

What peptides and NAD+ can and cannot do

Ways2Well's peptide FAQ says peptides "are safe when prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider." That is broader than the evidence. Most peptides sold for recovery or anti-aging have little human data, and growth-hormone peptides have not been shown to change muscle or fat in healthy older adults. NAD+ infusions raise NAD+ levels, but better energy or longevity has not reliably followed in healthy adults. See peptides for longevity, do NAD+ and peptides work?, NAD+ injections versus IV and oral and HRT, menopause and longevity.

The bloodwork is a different matter. A broad panel reviewed with a clinician is a sensible starting point, and the Clarity plan works as a one-time check-up even if you never take a prescription. For how panels compare, see longevity biomarker panels and the best longevity blood tests.

Who it suits, and who should skip it

It suits you if you want a clinician to read a broad panel with you before anything is prescribed, you like having a care team and an app with your results in one place, or you live near Austin or Houston and want in-person diagnostics and IV care alongside telehealth.

Skip it, or go in carefully, if you want to know your total monthly cost before you pay anything, you already have recent bloodwork, you want to know which pharmacy makes your medication, or you live in one of the states where testosterone or most peptides are restricted.

Ways2Well sits with the lab-first providers rather than the one-price prescription shops on our provider rankings. Its entry plan costs more than Hone Health's, and like Hone it bills medication separately; Lifeforce names its pharmacies, which Ways2Well does not. If you mainly want a published monthly price for NAD+ or sermorelin, see our Luvo Health review or HealthRX review. The verdict, against the rubric

Our grading method scores five things out of 14: price transparency (4), a real longevity line (4), clinical oversight (2), pharmacy disclosure (2) and human support (2).

  • Price transparency: 0 of 4. The plans are priced, but the peptides and hormones they lead to are not, so there is no all-in figure before you commit.
  • Longevity line: 4 of 4. Peptides, hormone optimization and a broad biomarker panel are all core longevity services.
  • Clinical oversight: 2 of 2. Every paid Care Plan is built around clinician visits to review your labs.
  • Pharmacy disclosure: 0 of 2. No dispensing pharmacy is named and no compounding standard is stated.
  • Human support: 2 of 2. Ongoing clinician guidance and an app with a care team are part of the program.

That is 8 points out of 14, a B. Ways2Well is a good way to get a thorough blood panel read by a clinician. As a route to peptides or hormones, it asks you to pay before it tells you what the treatment costs, and it does not say who makes it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Ways2Well cost?

Ways2Well's Clarity plan is $499 one-time for one comprehensive blood panel and a 40-minute clinician visit. Its Core plan is $125 a month or $1,499 a year for two comprehensive panels, a targeted panel and four 40-minute visits, plus 15% off its products and services. A peptide consult is $99. Any peptides or hormones prescribed are billed separately at the pharmacy's rates, and Ways2Well publishes no price for them, so budget for a second monthly cost.

Does Ways2Well include medication in the Care Plan?

No. Its Care Plan FAQ says a prescription is not guaranteed or included, and its terms say medication is billed at the pharmacy's rates, with Ways2Well allowed to add a margin to give you a single payment. The peptide page says the same about its $99 consult: you pay for the clinician's time, and peptides, if prescribed, are purchased separately.

Is Ways2Well legit?

Yes. Ways2Well is a real company with clinics in Austin and Houston, a named clinical leadership team, lab draws through Quest Diagnostics and telehealth care in most states. Two gaps are worth knowing: it does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription or state its compounding standard, and it does not publish medication prices. It grades B, 8 points out of 14, on our rubric.

Can I use my own lab results with Ways2Well?

No. Its FAQ says it cannot accept external labs, so you will draw its panel at a Quest location even if you had bloodwork recently. Results reach the app in five to seven business days, and a clinician's written review follows about two weeks later. Ongoing testosterone treatment needs comprehensive labs at least every six months.

Can I cancel Ways2Well and get a refund?

You can cancel, but refunds are limited. Monthly Core plans require at least two payments, and after you ask to cancel you are charged one more monthly payment before it takes effect. Annual plans stay active to the end of the term with no refund. Plan fees, consults, lab panels and no-shows are non-refundable once purchased, and unused visits and panels expire at the end of your term.
