Editorial policy
How we source what we publish about longevity providers and treatments, and how we fix it when it is wrong.
Provider reviews
A review is written for someone deciding whether to sign up. Its facts come from the company's own website: what it sells, what it charges, which pharmacy fills the prescription, who reviews the intake, what labs are required and what the refund terms say. Prices are the ones the company shows on its own site. Drawbacks stay in, partner or not.
Provider grades
Each provider's letter comes from a fixed 14-point rubric applied to its published terms: price transparency, longevity line, clinical oversight, pharmacy and human support. The rubric and the grade bands are explained in how we grade. A grade describes the provider's terms, not whether a treatment works.
Research articles
Articles on treatments, tests and supplements cite peer-reviewed research and official labeling, and medical claims link to their sources. Where the evidence is thin or limited to animals, the article says so.
Dates and corrections
The date under a page's title is the month it was last updated. If you spot an error, email hey@longevitygraded.com; we check it against the source and fix the page.
Affiliate links
We earn a commission when you start treatment through some links on this site, at no extra cost to you. CoreAge Rx is a featured partner, and providers we work with may appear first. See our disclosure.
Medical information
Longevity Graded is educational content, not medical advice. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting any treatment. See the medical disclaimer.
