Our assessment

EverPrime offers a genuine longevity prescription menu, but its lowest medication price is only part of the purchase. For a one-month NAD+ injection plan, the selector shows $180 at standard pricing, or $115 plus $99 for membership: $214 combined. The lower $99 medication headline requires the twelve-month member tier. Those figures should not be compared as though they buy the same commitment.1

It earns B, 10 points out of 14, under our published provider rubric. The grade reflects a real longevity line, an included provider evaluation, a stated pharmacy standard and human support. Unclear upfront billing prevents full price-transparency credit. EverPrime is an affiliate partner here; that relationship does not change the scoring factors.

EverPrime's terms identify Enhance MD, LLC as the platform owner and explicitly include EverPrime among its properties. They distinguish the platform from the medical practices that deliver care: Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC. Those practices employ or contract with the prescribing professionals; the platform itself is not your treating clinician.3

That relationship does not make the offers interchangeable. Our Enhance MD review covers a separate published offer. Use EverPrime's own treatment selector and agreement for this purchase, rather than transferring an older Enhance price, lab schedule or refund promise to it. In particular, neither a shared operating company nor a shared affiliate relationship establishes that two plans have identical terms.

6 months$162$105

Medication rates from the treatment selector. Add membership separately; confirm the prepaid charge and any visit fee.

The standard and member columns are medication rates. Membership is optional and medication is separate. At the one-month tier, joining for NAD+ alone adds $34 to the displayed monthly combination compared with the standard medication rate. Whether that extra spending is useful depends on which visits and other services you would actually use. A discount on medicine can still mean a higher total bill.

Treat the selector's monthly estimate as a comparison aid, not a promise about the charge due today. EverPrime says medication and membership are paid upfront, and its membership FAQ gives a confusing example: selecting a three-month medication plan would trigger a twelve-month membership charge. That does not agree clearly with its preceding explanation tying membership billing to the treatment term. Get the membership duration, medication supply, amount due today and renewal amount in writing before paying. Do not infer a cheaper commitment from the monthly label.2

The NAD+ page includes a licensed provider evaluation with treatment. Membership separately includes provider and nutrition visits. That distinction matters if you want ongoing appointments beyond the initial evaluation: ask what the non-member follow-up arrangement covers before comparing the plans. Our longevity cost guide explains how to compare the entire care plan.

Prescribing, pharmacies and lab work

The NAD+ page describes a home injection supplied after provider review, with injection supplies and shipping. It states a licensed 503A pharmacy standard.1 The terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx among the pharmacy partners, but the name assigned to your prescription should be confirmed for your treatment and location.3

A 503A statement earns pharmacy-disclosure points under our rubric. It is not an FDA approval or a certification that a drug works. FDA explains that compounded medicines do not undergo its premarket approval process, and that contamination or incorrect strength can cause harm.5 Ask who dispenses your medication, how to store it and whom to contact about a damaged shipment.

The membership FAQ says required labs are included for members and non-members, with an exception in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island: it describes a $50 discount instead of direct payment. Qualifying results from the preceding six months may be submitted for provider review. That is not a promise that every treatment has the same testing requirements or that every additional test is free.2

The general FAQ makes testing and follow-up dependent on the medication and individual assessment. Availability also depends on treatment and state, with eligibility confirmed during onboarding. Do not read a national website as a guarantee that a particular prescription can be supplied where you live.4

Cancellation, refunds and delivery

The shipping policy says to contact support at least 24 hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. Once pharmacy preparation starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. It also promises a full refund if the provider decides treatment is unsuitable. That approval-related promise should not be confused with a general money-back trial.6

Membership has a separate rule: canceling stops future renewal, while prepaid benefits continue to the end of the purchased term; payments already made are described as non-refundable. Confirm how those membership terms interact with any treatment-ineligibility refund before buying both together.2

Included two-day priority shipping starts after dispatch, not after you complete an intake. Clinical review, testing and pharmacy preparation come first. The policy asks customers to report incorrect, missing or damaged orders within 48 hours; replacement remains subject to approval.6 A delivery estimate is therefore not a guaranteed time to begin treatment.

What the grade means

Pharmacy disclosure2 / 2503A standard stated
Human support2 / 2Ongoing provider support described
Total10 / 14 · BSame rubric used for every provider
A grade for the provider offer and disclosures; no score for treatment effectiveness is implied.

The pricing issue costs four points because the upfront membership duration and total payment are not stated consistently enough before commitment. The product page does explicitly include a licensed provider evaluation, which earns the two clinical-oversight points. An unclear payment term does not erase a described clinical service.

The four longevity-line points reflect an actual catalog of NAD+, sermorelin and other prescription options. Two pharmacy points reflect the published 503A statement. Two human-support points reflect ongoing provider support in the treatment description. These inputs produce 10/14, a B, without changing the rubric for a new partner.

A provider score measures the offer and its disclosures. It does not demonstrate that buying NAD+ or a peptide extends life. Read NAD+ for longevity, injections versus IV and oral routes and the sermorelin evidence review before deciding whether the treatment itself fits your goals.

Who should consider it, and who should pause

EverPrime may suit someone who wants several treatments and ongoing visits through one platform, provided the selected plan is clinically appropriate and its full charge is clear. Membership deserves a separate value decision: count the services you expect to use, not every perk advertised.

Pause if you need a guaranteed low monthly bill, expect every prepaid payment to be refundable, or cannot confirm state availability before commitment. Before proceeding, request an itemized plan showing the medication, visit fees, membership term, upfront payment and renewal conditions. Then compare it with the full provider field and its separately reviewed Enhance MD offer.

Frequently asked questions

Is EverPrime the same company as Enhance MD?

EverPrime's terms identify Enhance MD, LLC as the platform owner. They name separate medical practices responsible for clinical care. The related brands have separately published offers, so pricing and terms should not be transferred between them.

Does the $99 EverPrime membership include medication?

No. Medication is separate. At the one-month NAD+ injection tier, the selector shows $115 for medication plus $99 for membership, a $214 monthly combination. The upfront membership term needs confirmation because its billing FAQ gives an inconsistent example.

Can everyone in the US receive EverPrime treatment?

No nationwide prescription guarantee is published. Availability depends on treatment, state and individual clinical eligibility, and is confirmed during intake.

Does canceling EverPrime refund prepaid membership?

Its membership FAQ describes prepaid payments as non-refundable, with benefits continuing through the purchased term. Its shipping policy separately promises a refund if treatment is unsuitable and restricts cancellation once pharmacy preparation begins. Confirm which charges a refund covers before payment.
