The "from $129" it advertises is the six-month rate; month to month is $169. Compounded and not FDA-approved. Graded on the same rubric as every other provider on our scorecard.

The short version

Henry Meds is best known as a weight-loss telehealth company, but it also runs two hormone programs that matter to anyone reading a longevity site: testosterone therapy for men and women, and menopause hormone therapy for women. Both are sold the way few hormone clinics sell anything: one monthly price, printed before you start, that already includes your provider visits, your lab work, your medication, supplies and shipping. Testosterone is $129 a month. Women's HRT is $149 a month.

On our rubric it earns Grade A, 14 out of 14, which is 14 points out of 14. It takes full marks because everything our rubric measures is published: the all-in price, the clinician review inside it, a 503A compounding standard in its own terms, and ongoing support. What the rubric does not measure is breadth, and that is Henry's real limit here. It sells no NAD+, no sermorelin or other peptides, and no longevity lab panels. If you want hormone therapy at a predictable price, it belongs on your shortlist. If you want a longevity clinic, it is not one.

What it is, and who it's for

Henry Meds is the trading name of Adonis Health, Inc. In its own words, Henry "provides administrative and operational support through a telehealth platform", while medical care comes from licensed clinicians "employed by or contracted with independent professional entities." Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies, some of them compounding pharmacies.

The menu has five lines: GLP-1 weight management, phentermine, women's HRT, testosterone, and erectile dysfunction. Two of those are hormone therapy, and that is where Henry earns a place on a longevity board:

  • Testosterone therapy, as a weekly injection of testosterone cypionate, a compounded cream, compounded enclomiphene capsules, or the FDA-approved oral capsule Kyzatrex
  • Women's HRT, as FDA-approved estradiol patches and tablets or compounded estrogen creams, with progesterone, and testosterone cream as an add-on

It suits two kinds of reader well. The first is a man who has been told his testosterone is low, or suspects it, and wants a monitored program with a single bill rather than a membership, a lab invoice and a pharmacy invoice. The second is a woman in perimenopause or menopause who wants HRT, including the FDA-approved patch, without paying for each visit separately. If you are reading about hormones as part of a longer-life plan, our guides to testosterone and longevity and menopause HRT and longevity explain what the evidence does and does not support.

It suits a buyer looking for NAD+, sermorelin, rapamycin or a large biomarker panel not at all. Henry's lab work exists to dose and monitor hormones, not to profile your aging. For those, see the full graded field.

What it actually costs

Henry publishes its whole price list on one page, its Programs page, with the dose ceilings beside each figure. That is unusual in this category and it makes the numbers easy to check.

Every hormone plan, from Henry Meds' own Programs page

Testosterone injection$129Cypionate, injection kit, labs
Testosterone cream$129Compounded cream, labs
Enclomiphene$129Compounded capsules, labs
Kyzatrex (oral)$179FDA-approved capsule; not in CA
Women's HRT$149Estrogen (pill, patch or cream) + progesterone
HRT + testosterone cream$249Adds up to 2 mg testosterone cream
One figure per program. Visits, medication, supplies and shipping are inside each price.

Testosterone is $129 a month for any of the three compounded or generic options. Injections include up to 1,000 mg of testosterone cypionate per 28 days with the injection kit; the cream option includes up to 18,000 mg per 90 days; the enclomiphene option includes up to 1,125 mg per 90 days. All three include labs, and Henry adds anastrozole "at no extra cost" if your clinician prescribes it. Kyzatrex, the FDA-approved oral capsule, is $179 a month and is not available in California.

Women's HRT is $149 a month for any of its estrogen options (estradiol tablets, patches, or a compounded estradiol/estriol cream) with progesterone. If your clinician prescribes testosterone cream as well, that adds $100 a month.

What the price includes. The testosterone FAQ answers this plainly: "That price includes everything—your healthcare provider visits, labwork, medication and supplies, shipping, and ongoing support. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts." There is no membership fee, no separate consultation charge on the bill, and no lab invoice on top. Henry's own Values page makes the same promise: "We always provide up-front pricing for all parts of the healthcare process, from appointments, to lab work, to medications."

How billing works. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and Henry says it sends renewal reminders before each charge. You can cancel online "in just two clicks from the homepage," by email or by phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Henry also offers "longer term plans for certain treatments," and those carry a catch covered below.

Signing up, refunds and canceling

You start with a five-minute medical form. Depending on your state, you then meet a clinician by video or get an asynchronous review without a call. If the clinician decides treatment is not right for you after the free evaluation, "you will not be enrolled in a subscription at all, and no charges will be made."

After that, the rules are firm, and worth reading before you order:

  • Prescriptions are final sale once shipped. Henry's refund policy: "All prescription medications dispensed through licensed pharmacy partners are final sale upon shipment."
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Henry may grant a refund in exceptional cases, but it is discretionary.
  • A refund is net of two fees. Henry "collects a medical consultation fee of $30.00 for each provider evaluation that results in a prescription," which is non-refundable once the prescription is written, and it "may deduct a reasonable processing fee from any refund."
  • Multi-month plans can lock you in. In Henry's words: "If you're on a multi-month plan, you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance unless you're unable to continue for medical-related reasons as determined by a healthcare provider." A prorated refund is possible only with a clinician's note that continuing is medically contraindicated.
  • Report problems within 48 hours. Damaged shipments, temperature problems and dispensing errors all have a 48-hour reporting window.
  • Disputes go to arbitration. Henry's terms require individual arbitration, with a 30-day window to opt out in writing.

The practical advice is simple: start on the month-to-month plan. At $129 or $149 a month there is no prepay discount to chase, and month to month the most you can lose is one month.

Before you start

Four things to settle before you start

  • Pick month to month. Multi-month plans may make you pay out the balance if you stop.
  • Shipped prescriptions are final sale; any refund loses a $30 consultation fee and a processing fee.
  • Testosterone is for men 35 to 65 and women 35 to 60.
  • Ask how often refills ship. Its pages say 28 days in one place and 45 in another.

Who prescribes, and who fills it

Clinical care comes from licensed clinicians working through independent professional entities, and Henry does not name a medical director or the medical groups on its public pages. You can message your provider through the patient portal.

On the pharmacy, Henry publishes more than most. Its treatment pages say: "At Henry Meds, we exclusively use FDA-approved medications or compounded prescriptions sourced from a 503(a) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(b) Outsourcing Facility." Its Terms go further for the compounded line: these medications "are prepared in accordance with Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and applicable state pharmacy laws." That is the standard our rubric asks a provider to state, and Henry states it on surfaces it controls. It does not name the individual pharmacies.

Henry is also candid about what compounding means. Its HRT page says compounded medications "are not FDA-approved and do not undergo pre-market review," and that trial data for FDA-approved products "should not be used to assess the benefits or risks of compounded medications." That matches FDA's own position: compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold1. If you would rather avoid compounding altogether, Henry offers FDA-approved options in both programs: generic testosterone cypionate, Kyzatrex, and estradiol patches and tablets.

Who is eligible, and where

Testosterone therapy has firm eligibility rules: "You need to be a man ages 35 to 65, or a woman ages 35 to 60, and meet certain clinical requirements based on lab results." Women's HRT is for women 35 and older. You must be 18 or older and "live or have an address in one of the states we support." Henry publishes no single state list on its main pages, and its Terms say availability can change. Kyzatrex is not sold in California, and California patients may wait longer for compounded medication "because of additional compound testing requirements."

Most people receive medication within 8 to 10 business days after their provider visit. After that, the testosterone FAQ says injectables ship every 45 days and tablets every 90 days, while the Programs page describes the injection allowance per 28 days. The two pages do not agree, so ask how often your refills ship when you enroll.

What the medicine can and can't do

Henry's own copy is restrained. Its Values page says providers "exclusively use medications and treatments that have a long history of safety and effectiveness in clinical settings," and its testosterone page talks about treating "symptoms of hypogonadism" rather than slowing aging. That is the honest framing. Testosterone therapy treats a diagnosed deficiency; it is not a proven way to live longer, and our testosterone and longevity guide covers the cardiovascular and prostate questions in detail. Menopause HRT has a strong evidence base for symptoms and bone health; our HRT guide covers what it does for long-term risk.

Where it's weak, and who should skip it

  • Skip it if you want longevity medicine beyond hormones. No NAD+, no peptides, no rapamycin or metformin for aging, no broad biomarker panel.
  • Avoid multi-month plans until you know the treatment suits you. You may owe the rest of the term if you stop early.
  • Budget for no refunds. Shipped prescriptions are final, and any refund loses the $30 consultation fee and a processing fee.
  • Check the age window. Testosterone is limited to men 35 to 65 and women 35 to 60.
  • Ask about refill timing. Its own pages give two different shipping intervals for injections.

The verdict, against the rubric

Our rubric scores five things, out of 14: price transparency (4), a genuine longevity line (4), clinical oversight (2), pharmacy disclosure (2) and human support (2). Henry Meds takes all four for price transparency, because each program has one all-in monthly figure, published before you start. It takes all four for its longevity line, because hormone therapy counts as a longevity line here, as it does for Winona and Hone Health. It takes two for clinical oversight, with provider visits inside the price; two for pharmacy, because its own Terms state the 503A standard; and two for human support, with ongoing care and portal messaging included. Fourteen out of fourteen: an A.

The A grades what Henry publishes, and on hormone therapy it publishes everything a buyer needs to know before handing over a card. It is a narrow service done cleanly. For a broader menu that adds NAD+ and peptides to hormones, compare the other hormone clinics in our provider rankings, and see how we grade for the scoring. For comparison, read our Winona review, another menopause HRT service with per-product pricing, and our Hone Health review, where the membership and the medication are billed separately.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Henry Meds TRT cost?

Testosterone therapy at Henry Meds is $129 a month for weekly testosterone cypionate injections, a compounded testosterone cream, or compounded enclomiphene capsules. The FDA-approved oral capsule Kyzatrex is $179 a month and is not available in California. Henry says the price includes your provider visits, lab work, medication and supplies, shipping and ongoing support, and anastrozole is added at no extra cost if your clinician prescribes it. There is no membership fee.

How much is women's HRT at Henry Meds?

Women's hormone therapy is $149 a month for any of Henry's estrogen options, which are estradiol tablets, estradiol patches or a compounded estradiol and estriol cream, together with progesterone. If your clinician also prescribes testosterone cream, it adds $100 a month. The price includes visits, medication, supplies and shipping. The patch and tablets are FDA-approved; the creams are compounded.

Does Henry Meds sell NAD+ or sermorelin?

No. Henry Meds sells weight-loss medication, phentermine, women's HRT, testosterone therapy and erectile-dysfunction treatment. It has no NAD+, sermorelin or other peptide line, and no longevity lab panel. Its lab work is used to dose and monitor hormone therapy. If you want NAD+ or peptides alongside hormones, compare the other providers in our rankings.

Can I get a refund from Henry Meds?

Rarely. If a clinician finds you ineligible after the free evaluation, you are never enrolled or charged. After that, shipped prescriptions are final sale and subscription fees are generally non-refundable, though Henry may grant a refund at its discretion. Any refund is reduced by a $30 consultation fee, charged for each evaluation that results in a prescription, and by a processing fee. On a multi-month plan you may owe the rest of the balance if you stop early, unless a clinician documents a medical reason.

Is Henry Meds legit?

Yes. Henry Meds is the trading name of Adonis Health, Inc., a telehealth company whose clinicians work through independent professional entities and whose prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. It publishes its full price list, a refund policy and its terms, and its Terms state that compounded medications are prepared under Section 503A. It grades A, 14 out of 14, on our rubric. The things to watch are commercial: shipped prescriptions are final sale, multi-month plans can require you to pay out the balance, and it sells hormones rather than a broader longevity menu.
